Shipping & Returns
All our products are made to order and manufactured off site, so shipping times vary. Various products may be shipped separately due to different vendors. It typically takes 3-5 days for production, then additional time to ship, estimated below:
Economy : 5-8 business days
Standard : 3-5 business days
Express : 1-3 business days
Overnight : 1 business day
Flat Rate : 3-8 business days
Pillows & Mugs
Standard : 5-10 business days
Expedited : 3-5 business days
Overnight : 1-2 business days
Delivery times are not guaranteed, but we try give our best estimation based on the carrier. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following business day. Shipping will take longer around federal holidays / when the postal services are backed up or closed. Delivery charges are subject to change.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your item ships.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps. Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.
Please note that shipping cost covers postage alone. Packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in country. Please note that most international packages will be sent via First Class International Mail which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, packages should arrive in 3-5 weeks. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately we have no control over this.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All our products are made to order just for you, so all sales are final. Please check our size charts on all T-Shirt product pages before placing your orders.
We will replace defective or damaged orders on a case-by-case basis. Please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your package to make this request.
